Japanese silk-screened lamps and walls promised authentic Japanese taste—and the fresh sushi delivered. The Sushi Lover's Special offers a plethora of fresh raw fish: mackerel, eel, shrimp, crab, salmon, snapper. Flavorful tempura, lightly battered and tenderly fried, came with soy and ginger dipping sauces. The bento box, filled with chocolate soufflé and dreamy green-tea ice cream, provided a soothing finish.
