The city's wanterfront bustles with activity. Lobstermen and fishermen off load their catch of
the day. Cruise boats and ferries bring alive the romance of the sea with a cruise or a trip to one of the islands in Casco Bay. Adventures include sport fishing and whale watching.
The city's 70 year old symphony orchestra plays at the "Portland City Hall Auditorium". In the auditorium is the famous Kotzschmar organ, one of the largest pipe organs in the world.
